SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

  • Ready-to-Wear Products: Dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom-Stitched / Altered Products: Dispatched within 7–14 business days due to tailoring and quality checks.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by courier partners and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.
  • Free shipping may be available on eligible orders as announced on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link and tracking number will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional re-shipping charges will apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please record an unboxing video when opening your package. Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting photos or videos.


RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Window

Returns and exchanges can be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Products must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Be free from any damage after delivery.
  • Be reported within the specified return period.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted products.
  • Custom-stitched, tailored, or altered outfits.
  • Gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Verified damaged or incorrect products reported within 48 hours of delivery will be replaced at no additional shipping cost.

Return Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection and will be credited to the original payment method or issued as store credit.

Exchanges

We offer:

  • Size Exchange (subject to stock availability)
  • Store Credit for future purchases
