Product Accuracy: At Luxe Couture, we strive to present our products as accurately as possible. Please note that minor variations in color, texture, or fabric may occur due to studio lighting, professional photography, and individual screen configurations.
Orders & Payments: Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing. We accept secure online payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and other net banking facilities. Luxe Couture reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen stock issues, item unavailability, or payment verification concerns.
Cancellation Policy:
Customised Orders: Outfits cannot be cancelled or altered after customization, tailoring, or stitching work has commenced.
Standard Orders: Cancellation requests will not be accepted or processed once the order has been dispatched from our facility.
